Paris is pretty much beautiful at all times. In any weather. During any season. Any time of day or day of the week. But catch Paris at night, in the rain, and it will take your breath away. The lights, the peaceful pitter-patter of the raindrops on cobble stones and pavement, the almost complete silence broken only by cars whirring by. It is wonderful.
